This place suits me perfectly with its excellent spa, 24-hour reception, and lovely bar area. Staff helped me with local info on my first stay, and I truly appreciated it. Highly recommend trying the rooftop restaurant!

A birthday getaway to remember

We celebrated my birthday in style! The luxury spa treatments were pure bliss, and the staff surprised me with a delightful birthday cake that added a special touch to our stay.

While the experience was mostly wonderful, some dishes at the rooftop restaurant were a bit underwhelming. We expected more from the culinary offerings given the hotel’s reputation.

The check-in process was chaotic and unorganized. My room had a strange musty smell that persisted throughout my stay. Additionally, the breakfast options were quite limited, and the coffee was subpar, which was disappointing for a hotel of this caliber.

during my stay, I loved the hotel's proximity to the Pyramid of Tirana and various charming parks, making it easy to explore the area on foot, soaking in the city vibes while enjoying delicious meals at nearby restaurants, especially the one steps away that offered a delightful menu.

I recently had a fantastic time enjoying the relaxing spa treatments and the beautiful indoor swimming pool. The breakfast spread was top-notch, and I loved the variety of tasty options available. A small hiccup was that the room keys were a bit heavy, but it didn’t really take away from my overall great experience! 😊

Location is excellent. lots of restaurants nearby. The live music at the rooftop restaurant really enhances the atmosphere. Unfortunately, older rooms can be noisy, especially during events.

During our stay, we explored the fantastic breakfast buffet, which included tasty made-to-order omelettes. One morning, the chefs created an incredible dish that showcased local flavors, leaving our entire family delighted! The kids loved the spacious rooms and the warm, inviting atmosphere.

My kids wished there had been a play area for them to enjoy some activities while we relaxed.

And the breakfast left a bit to be desired. But the rooftop bar was stunning, the spa offered a variety of treatments, and the bed felt like a cloud.

The rooftop restaurant served amazing sushi and pasta, and the buffet breakfast had an incredible variety. Staff were friendly and helpful, making everything enjoyable.

Couple's perfect getaway

The entry into the hotel was like stepping into another world. Just wow. The spa area had these cozy lights, super warm pool, and the gym was small but had everything I needed to get a good stretch in.

It wasn’t inexpensive, but given the experience, it was still reasonable.
